Game 2 Winter VS Bar Down Bandits

Suds, Buds and Windmills vs Bar Down Bandits In our next match up we had Suds, Buds and Windmills (SBW) taking on reigning champs, with a new name and new look Jersey’s which looked quite nice I might add, the Bar Down Bandits (BDB). The first was a ton of chances, a ton, mostly from BDB. However, while carrying the play only helps, if you can beat the masked man. Riel Ouimet and Steve Howlett really put on a show. With time winding down in the first, SBWs Jake Miron would out a backhand past Howlett while in front making it 1-0. BDB would hold the edge in shots 21-10, but it was just a nice workout for Ouimet. The second half would hold many chances, mostly for BDB, but it would be no one who would score for the rest of the game as SBW takes this goalie duel 1-0. Shout out to both tenders as they combined for 1 goal on 55 shots.
